I grew up in a small city five miles northwest of Boston having never had a single morsel of sushi rice.  I would get exposed to sushi in college and have been in love with the delicious Japanese cuisine ever since.  Super white tuna or 白鮪 is my favorite sushi fish, and in general, I am opposed to cream cheese in my sushi rolls.  And lastly, I actually have a preference for nigiri and sashimi over normal sushi rolls.
